The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 16,            
1999, calendar (page 1487), was read the third time:

CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 29(RLS)                                                
"An Act relating to licensure of physicians; and providing for an             
effective date."                                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CSSB 29(RLS) pass the House?"  The roll

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the             
effective date clause.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.           
                                                                               
Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on         
CSSB 29(RLS).

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration of CSSB 29(RLS) be taken up on the same day.

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll           
call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the

CSSB 29(RLS) was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and                     
returned to the Senate.                                                        
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that the House would stand at ease to allow                 
members of the Senate to enter the Chamber; and so, the House stood            
at ease at 11:16 a.m.
